We do know that thought is creative.  As a heart-centered hypnotherapist I know that subconscious memories are the drivers of behavior.
Everything is made of Energy.  All Energy vibrates. Our interpreter of the world around us is our emotions. Our thoughts and feelings transmit those vibrations to the world.  That vibrational field attracts matching vibrations. What is attracted may even be from karmic strands or from other unseen forms.
We can change our experience in life by deliberately choosing our vibrational signals. Hypnotherapy, emotional healing, breathwork, shamanic healing,and  Light Body development are some of the modalities that I use to assist my clients in reaching a more joyful, liberating life.
As we create more joy in our experience, we become more aligned with our Soul.
We are all on a path to living our Soul's purpose.

You are Luminous

May I remind you that we may be at a tipping point where the group we are becomes 100% synchronized? Our opportunity here as we reach this time and energetic frequency juncture is to shift from a religious affiliation  to a  radical self realization that we are an integral part of a universal system of resonance, expansion, and spiritual immanence.
 As we now understand from our cosmologists and other scientists who study invisible worlds, the tiny nuclei of all atoms make up 99.9% of the matter there. The nucleus is surrounded by an electron cloud of lines of force, an invisible field that we live in.  An atom is mostly empty space. What resonates in the field is what we attract in our lives.  As our planet is influenced by the various energies and forces we must also shift with these frequency changes. The question becomes how to stay in resonance as these shifts occur.  Trust and surrender is one answer.  A decision to do our inner work of releasing the old encrusted energies of emotional traumas and resultant beliefs is part of this journey.  It is incredibly important right now to do this healing so that we may shift upwards. Using a variety of transformational healing modalities is crucial to keeping up with these frequency shifts. Heart-centered hypnotherapy, conscious breathwork, energetic lightwork, and other forms are what I use.  Being Present in this body here and now requires that we continue to do our upgrading. Our Bodies  are made of ancient light form the heart of the sun. May we all allow its' luminosity to radiate and not be hidden. When enough of us do this healing work, the tipping point  will be the graceful shift of energy to a higher activation. The interdimensional information system of our DNA must respond to this activation as we become aware that we are freeing, stopping the struggle. Trusting, surrendering, to this vast ocean of presence, right here, right now.  This is grace. Grace just is.  Relax, open and allow. At the center of this Being present is your Luminous Body.

River of Peace

Stay with me now as we see the stream from a distance meandering through the meeadow.  As you breathe in the fragrance of the earth, and let in the glints of light refracting of the dewy grasses, you begin to hear the call of the redwinged blackbirds and the juncos. This land has a reality to it that seems both more real, but yet, fantastic as if drawn in a computer graphics world.  Let yourself take off running ,joyous, singing as you run, trying out your leap. You feel charged with energy and vitality, but also of a pulse of this strange country that flows through your veins.You are astonished with your speed, which is of little effort. The river is in plain sight now, winding, flowing, light coming off of it.  We hold hands now as we rush toward the river toward some imminent sanctifying immersion. At the bank of the river we stand a moment then pushed off the shore into this living current of energy.  I say, "Trust the flow of this channel of light" It  will take you to a higher place.  "Surrender to it and allow your body to be carried." We notice that the current appears to be ascending now as we settle into peace, our hearts jubilant, knowing that we cannot miss the destination ahead. We are being carried so beautifully and we know that the larger body, the ocean of our Divine Selves lies straight ahead. Drawn into it's center, we are at a point of perfect stillness and peace. And then, in what seems like an eternity, but timeless, we hear a curious music that beckons our return. As  soon as the thought enters, we are back, in our earthly world, breathing deeply, and falling pitifully short in the telling of our journey. that upward running river and the air filled with song and the peace upholding everything. But here is where we are and we look at the miracle of this earth with new eyes. We see our darling family members coming toward us.  We appreciate the light shing off the leaves, all surrounding us in beauty.  Certainty enters us like living light.  We know we are home and we are certain that there is another home existing in a realm of light that we may surrender into as we allow it.

  appears flashing through me
pulsing knowledge of
  other worlds
I know

I catch more than

From the Spirit of the river flows the energy of coherence, of unity of all forms.  Therein lies the power that has been elusive, hiding as you have scurried from object to lesser conditions to illusionary promise, amidst the chaos.  All along the creative flame has been burining brighjtly athe center of you as your Divine Self.  The need has always been to stay at that center and  build it's coherence, so tha all that is necessary to create your divine blueprint is being magnetically gathered to youall objects, connections, circumstances, drawn togehter in just the right timing in harmony with your being.  Surrender to the flow of the upward current.  Allow your family of light to lift you.

To feel any "negative emotion" strongly and clearly, then love myself for feeling it is the way to regain the power, to know that I am not my feelings. and that I still need to honor them. Love what you would be free of. It helps to think how all feelings, if fully felt, will lead to love. Pain is the effort involved in holding on to negative beliefs. Ask that the Divine  blueprint be set on you in a more solid and coherent way. Open your heart to the vibration of your family of light. There is such power lifting you that you must know that it constantly flows underneath your wareness.  Always. The Light form the Great Ones  is received and stepped down for you. Allow its vibration to radiate out from your heart, the heart of all life. You aare also a luminary- in your way. You become more magnetic to those people, events and places that become part of your next phase of blueprint formation. You are the essence of all you seek.
